The one star is more for wayfair’s service than quality of the item. The rug is fine. Seems good quality. One star is because I ordered the rug in January. Didn’t recieve until April because of multiple delays. Now that I received it, the rug is the wrong size. The packaging is labeled as 6’ 7” x 9’ which is what I ordered, but the actual rug is 5’ 3” x 7’. If I want to return it and get a new one I have to pay for shipping to return the original. The whole process has been ridiculous.
