This rug is great. Color was as expected. I still can’t seem to get the creases out, they never settled. I don’t know if that’s the rug or not.

The item came stained .the color was darker than expected. I tried to cancel within a few hrs and told I couldn’t because it was already in process. Tried to return but it’s 65 to return
