love the look of the matt and would keep but I'm returning. website says free Shipping over 50 which has never been an issue for me. After numerous calls I ordered via telephone because I was told it was was 9.99 for my three matts not ideal but I agreed. I was immediately told I'm really sorry when it went through the shipping changed to 10 dollars per matt!!! They immediately told me it would be cancelled. But I found out a few hours later viewing my orders that It in fact wasn't cancelled so as much as I love the matt I am not paying the shipping when the matt was 13 dollars and its 10 to ship. the whole experience with the matts has really soured me from using Wayfair. For all the running around and back and forth phone calls and being told different things depending on who I spoke to !
