I can honestly say, in good faith, that I have never been so insulted by a purchase in my life. This rug is nowhere near what was described. It arrived poorly packaged, wrapped in plastic and covered in excessive tape which already set the wrong tone. The issues didn’t stop there. The size was incorrect, the color was completely off, and the quality was extremely disappointing. Describing this item as “plush” is misleading, it felt more like a throw blanket than an actual rug. For a price point of around $500, this is absolutely unacceptable. I truly thought this might have been a mistake or even a prank. That’s how far off it was from expectations. I strongly advise others not to purchase this rug. I’m extremely disappointed and am now seriously reconsidering future purchases with Wayfair based on this experience. If I could give this a zero rating, I would.
