My mat was shipped with a tear in the bag, the rubber mat is also torn. How can I get a replacement

Absolutely love this mat. This is my second anti-fatigue mat from Wayfair and it did. It disappoint. I love the vintage look and the vegetable colors are so bright. I would buy it again and again. Super comfortable and soft even my husband loves it. Easy to clean if I spill something -just wipes right off. If you are debating about buying it, do it. It was worth the cost in my opinion. -dog not included
