Artemis Area Rug

Why would the tube that the rug is wrapped around have black outgreasetar on it It made a huge mess on my existing living room rug and the new rug for the porch and my pillows etc! Luckily I noticed before it go on more things Love the rug. Not the service.

I used this for an outside rug. Love it. Very easy to wash and it even dries up nice. It works and it covers the spaces needed. Easy on the feet when you walk across it as well and the rug does not move.
