Tapis géométrique en laine touffeté à la main 0,8 po Hoopeston

I ordered the 8 x 10 size version of this rug. The first rug arrived dirty with dark marks/spots throughout (first two pictures). I had to re-wrap the rug and haul back to FedEx for return. A replacement was sent free of charge. But the replacement was also dirty, both on the front and the back (3rd picture). I'm in the process of returning and am being charged $60 by Wayfair for the return shipping. Does not seem fair. I should not be out $60 because they are selling and shipping dirty rugs to customers. Too bad no one is doing quality control on this product.
