[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the style and pattern for this rug and hoped it would be a great fit for my living room. Unfortunately the quality is lacking. It's much thinner than expected and was delivered in a square folded package. An included note tried to explain that the folding was better than rolling and that the creases would relax within a week or 2. Well, 4 weeks latter and the 2 primary, long creases will not relax. I've tried washing the rug (which actually tore some of the border accent gray stitching and some Navy areas look like they lost fibers), rolling it will a bodyweight foam roller, low heat ironing with steam, and placing heavy books on the creases for multiple days. Nothing will fully flatten the rug. Very disappointed.
