The rug is what I expected and seems to be a good quality. I took 1 star off as it was shipped rolled in plastic only and one of the edges of the carpet is a little damaged. Placing the carpet in a rigid box would have saved the edges from damage. But like I said, that carpet itself is high quality and look exactly as pictured. Would recommend and would buy again.

It's okay, but it has a red-ish sheen in the write lines that make it look a bit dirty. The sheen lays down in some directions but is pronounced in other directions. So it looks a little blotchy. Otherwise we like it and it's feel quality and thick.

Doesn't looks like the pictures (it's charcoal with a bright white pattern), and it's not super soft-- but we'll keep it. Good for an office.
