After 2 days after we put the rug down, it developed several large "bubbles" or "bumps" in the fabric. These would not lay flat, so I called customer service for a solution. The only solution was to return the rug or talke a 25% discount. I did not think the discount was fair and did not want to go to the hassle of returning the rug. I will think twice about buying another rug from Wayfair.

I spent ALOT of time trying to find an area rug for our mudroom. I landed on the Trombetta Hand Woven area rug for it's style and color. I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived in good condition and in a timely manner. I was worried when it arrived that I would forever be trying to get the corners to lay flat because it was rolled very tight and wrapped in plastic. I was very happy when I unrolled it and put it in place I did NOT have curly corner.
