The varied textures on this carpet made me fall in love with it. I didn’t realize there was even a little bit of silver thread in it. Bonus surprise! Exactly what I wanted for my space!

Buyer beware! I should know better than to buy a rug online, and even though I thoroughly read the description I somehow missed some information. If this would have been in a store, I would have known immediately to not buy it. First off, the material isn't nice. It's basically the same material as a fabric drop cloth you'd use if you were painting your walls and needed to lay something on your floor to protect from paint spills. Secondly, we have dogs so you know we vacuum almost daily. As soon as the vacuum hits the tufted area, it pulls and snags the material into the vacuum. Lastly , I think for some people, this rug could cause some falls. It's really slippery on hard wood floors if you don't have a pad underneath. It's not going to stay in position on it's own, because like I said, it's a drop cloth. You'll need to have furniture securing it down or a good, gripping carpet pad. I regret not returning this rug as soon as I opened it.

Used it to upholster an ottoman. Came out great.
