Tapis beige / gris noué à la main Hadden

The color is much brighter than pictured but the primary problem is that the color is printed on the surface of the run and the quality of the job is substandard. Any movement of the threads and the pattern disappears. The two pictures show the front of one thread and the missing color on the back. Disappointing to say the least!

The area rug looks nice from a distance. Upon closer view the design appears to be painted on the fabric. The rug has a lot of loose fibers and threads that continue to pull or shed. I change the settings so that the vacuum cleaner rollers are off, as specified, yet it continues to shed and have loose threads. It is soft, but not the best quality chenille.
