Tapis en laine / coton à tissage plat Anjail - orange / bleu

Well looks like a beautiful carpet except that it is severely moldy. The mold smell is so bad, i choked and we were afraid to undo the second wrapping so as not to be exposed to some wicked spores that could ruin you! I received another moldy carpet months ago from another company and they said it was due to stock being stuck on cargo ships for months. I thought it was safe to order now- guess not! Wayfair took the carpet back but is making me wait for the refund until it gets back to a distant warehouse (originally shipped it to me from close location near by next day). All my other returns activated my refund after item was scanned by Fedex but Executive Resolutions likes to put you through an unusual route and have you wait sometimes indefinitely until you have to reach out many times and realize your refund is overdue several weeks and that hey haven’t processed it. Last time a tub was lost and I had to wait until one good natured person took it into her hands to process my refund for 1100. Im out just over 200 at the moment and have a tracking number this time. I think what they mean by executive resolution is that they execute any chance of having a resolution and leave you hanging until you find your way to getting your refund. They make you work hard for your refund and this is a tactic to push you away from returning anything even if its broken. I had to file a complaint to BBB previously so as to be sure I would get my refund. Regular customer service is great but if you end up in Executive Resolutions after a few troubled items be prepared to feel all levels of frustration you haven’t with any company in the past. It’s a true insight into the sign of the times and how things really operate! But Wayfair is great if you have no issues and everything comes intact!

We absolutely love this rug. It is soft and feels so well made.
