Branton Cotton Southwestern Indoor Rug

So I ordered this rug based on the color description and the images on the Wayfair website. Note that the color is listed as Desert Sand, and the image of the rug online looked like that would be the color of the actual rug. When I received the rug, (8' round) which I paid over $400 for, it was a Canary Yellow! Totally clashed with everything I was trying to match it with! I got our friends' opinion on the color and they agreed that it was not Desert Sand at all. In fact, when I dropped it off at Fedex today, One of the employees said, "Oh, you mean you don't want that Sunshine Yellow rug?" When I told them, two employees and two customers, who were in the store, what the color was supposed to be, they all said, "No way, that is bright yellow!" I'm sure you can see that in my two photos below. It also seemed that it was not going to flatten out correctly even if I did want to keep it, and the color in the middle almost looked like it was a different color as well. The most irritating thing about this whole thing is that I had to pay $61 to ship it back, when the color was totally not as described. I was offered a credit if I kept it of a whopping $24, or something like that, for a rug I paid over $400 for. If you are considering buying this rug, especially in "Desert Sand" I would not trust the colors in the images! I won't be buying any more rugs from Wayfair based on this experience, too risky, especially since you have to pay a pricey shipping fee to send them back! I generally have a positive experience with Wayfair, but this was not one of them.

Tapis très joli. De très belle qualité. Le tapis est plus de couleur citron, qu’un jaune maïs….peut faire une grosse différence dans la décoration.
