Update: spoke to a manager by phone and they are sending a replacement. Happy to have the issue resolved, and I appreciate Wayfair making good on the issue. Hoping the new rug holds up better. If I could leave zero stars I would. I love the look, however it is falling apart at the seams, literally. Because it was beyond the 30 days I ordered when I reached out, Wayfair “can’t” help me. Very disappointed. It is either cheaply made or defective. It gets worse each week. Also, for anyone curious, the color is not Navy, rather the teal blue as photographed.

Perfect rug for my kitchen. Not too thick and easy to vacuum I like other jute rugs I own.
