Tapis de couloir Harvans

This will make for a great high traffic area rug. It seems like it will clean easy and not pill at all. I love the natural tones. It is a thinner rug and if it is placed on a slippery surface a non slip may be useful.

This is a thin carpet but it is wider than a lot of hallway carpets and I love that. It lays down flat immediately, which is super helpful. I was planning to use this for my front entryway but liked that it fit the hallway width. I may get another longer one!

Ok, so I like this rug because it’s wide and the material is nice. It has a slightly rubberized back which is nice so it grips pretty well. What I’m not crazy about is the length (but this isn’t the rugs fault, the other sizes were sold out). And it is slightly “whiter” than I thought it would be which means it can’t go in the high traffic spot I originally planned for or it will be a mess in no time. It does say it’s washable but it seems like getting it in and out of the washer would be a hassle. It’s also very thin, so there’s no cushioning at all with it so if you’re used to cushiony wool rugs, maybe this isn’t the one for you. Overall, 3 stars for those reasons as well as the cost which seems high to me.
