I took off two stars because the rugs arrived with nasty hard creases in them. The manufacturer should take better care in rolling, and not folding, their rugs for shipment. A month later and the creases are still apparent. Otherwise they’re decent rugs.

The way rug was packaged left huge creases and folds in it. I have not been able to flatten it out.
