I live in a condo & my living area is somewhat dark - this rug was perfect with its yellows, cream & light blue color. I purchased 2 as my living/dining is combined - one for under the dining table & the other in the living room space. They look perfect (with the Bluestone TV stand with barn door/dark wood top & cream base that I had purchased back in Dec)
