Your rug may appear smaller than expected inside the packaging due to the process of folding & rolling for safer and easier shipment. It is normal for creases to appear after unpackaging your item - these can be easily removed by reverse rolling. Flip the rug upside down and roll in both directions (length and width). Stubborn creases - leave rug rolled and tied for a few hours.
