GREAT rug! Beautiful color and texture that instantly elevated my living room. Love!

I searched for the perfect rug for years and ultimately splurged on this one because it was exactly what I had been looking for. The rug is absolutely beautiful—thick, high-quality, and a stunning addition to our home. Unfortunately, it does not handle spot cleaning well at all. Our dog got the zoomies one day and knocked a drink off the end table. We treated the spill immediately and used our Little Green Bissell carpet cleaner, but the stain would not come out. Since I had purchased the protection plan specifically for this rug, I filed a claim, which turned into a frustrating and time-consuming process. The insurance company eventually sent a professional cleaner to spot treat the area, and even they were unable to remove the stain completely. While I genuinely love the look, feel, and quality of this rug, I would not recommend it for homes with pets, children, or anyone who may experience the occasional spill. For such a significant investment, I expected it to be more forgiving of everyday accidents.

Do NOT buy this rug. At least the green and ivory color way. The rug is not colorfast and the green tone leaks and stains if wet. I was sent a replacement and the 2nd did the same thing.
