The texture of the rug is very nice. The color is WAY off of the picture. So much bright green and red that's not in the picture. The picture shows a nice mix of tan, peach and brown. Not even close.

Carpet measures 8 foot 8 inches by 12 feet which works fine for us. Looks as I expected from website. Feels good to walk on. . We also ordered the carpet pad which is really nice as carpet pads go.
