Hello, I purchased a carpet from you a few months ago, and I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding its quality. The carpet sheds an excessive amount of fibers on a daily basis, to the extent that I have to vacuum the entire living room and kitchen every day, and the vacuum container becomes completely full each time. This issue has persisted since the beginning and has not improved over time. Additionally, all furniture surfaces are constantly covered with fibers, making it very difficult to keep the home clean. Furthermore, the fringes of the carpet are coming apart, as if they are worn out or defective. Given these ongoing issues, I am very dissatisfied with this purchase. I kindly request that you provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, repair, or a full refund. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you

Love the color and style. Not as soft as I would’ve liked but it works in my great room.

The rug adds a nice textured decor to the area in front of the sofa, but I don't see any 'sage' accents, even though it was sold as ivory/sage. I was hoping for the green to be more prevalent and am disappointed in the color, but not disappointed in the quality, of the rug.
