Fabulous Rug, Beautiful Price Really Happy and thankful for it looks really expensive on the ground and feels good under your feet

I love this rug. I got it for an amazing price and about 2 years later it’s still beautiful.

It’s thinner than looks in the picture but I genuinely like the style. Quality is what’s expected with the price but again, love the light goth vibe I created with this.

I love shopping at Wayfair. The products are great, they have a nice variety of things, and the customer service is amazing. That said, this rug was disappointing. When I ordered it there were no reviews (I try to read reviews on everything I order online before purchasing the item), so I new that I was taking a chance. The rug arrived yesterday & it is not at all what I was expecting. It is extremely rough to the touch & really thin. Last night I ordered a really thick rug pad to go underneath it to see if that would make it more comfortable but I keep running my hands over it and the rug feels like a brillo pad. I just contacted customer service & they think I might have received a defective item so they are sending me a replacement. Hopefully the replacement item is much better because like I stated, overall Wayfair has great stuff at reasonable prices which are really pretty and would make a nice addition to any home.
