I love the look of this rug but after having it a while I’ve run into some issues. It’s been 6 months and the rug still doesn’t lay completely flat. You can still see buckles and ridges from how it was folded when originally packaged. Also I’ve tired to wash this rug twice and it will not come completely clean. We didn’t have any spills or stains, just some dirt from foot traffic. Even with vacuuming regularly and two washes it the dirt is still visible. And to send the rug out for cleaning would cost more than I paid for the rug.
