Very Pleased!! The description should be off white platinum ivory with burnt chocolate tufted below. The cut sections diamonds create depth. It is a nice pile height. Arrived on time well wrapped on a heavy cardboard tube and clear wrap. Rolled out flat!

Great quality rug for the price!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. The rug is mediocre at best. Quite thin and colours are not as shown. No gray at all, beige and black. Worse than that the service from Wayfair was pathetic. Less than 24 hours after placing my order and before it was shipped or even acknowledged I cancelled it because I had read further about the colour issue. Instead of cancelling my order I was sent a message that I'd receive an email by the end of the next business day confirming whether your cancellation is successful. Two days later I am messaged that it could not be cancelled (even though it still show not shipped) with a 'We hope you like these items' comment. Clearly they were hoping I'd change my mind. Utter ridiculous customer service. I did not want it, and was then on the hook to send it back at a cost. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care about customer service at all.
