Tapis oriental rose / bleu tissé à la machine Westbrook

I love the rug, but it sheds in huge threads. It’s making bare spots on the rug. The color of the rug is disappearing due to the shedding. Posted a picture of the difference in the half that is walked on vs the half that is under the bed. Customer service says there is nothing that can be done because it is outside of the 30 day return window. This is unacceptable because this is a defective product, and it is not feasible for these issues to arise in only 30 days for a rug! Very disappointed as I have been a long time customer of Wayfair.

This is my second rug and so happy with it. Love the color and lays flat. I I ly got rid of the first one because I didn’t want to bring the old one to the laundromat.
