• Initial creasing is normal and the creases will fall out within a few weeks (we advise reversing rolling to aid in the removal of creases)
• EASY CARE: When vacuuming use without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate for even wear.
• Due to the difference in monitor colours, some rug colours may vary slightly
• COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.
