The quality of wool is terrible! It sheds a lot and the even the loops are so loose that they open up. Really low quality that doesn’t feel like wool at all

This grey wool rug is a true grey (not beige) and the wool is soft to the feet. You do not feel anything rough underfoot which I was concerned about when ordering. It looks expensive but can come across as a little worn in when opening. I love the texture and quality. Really makes for a modern or contemporary look. Came rolled up length wise and was easy to unroll. I would recommend this item!

The Banbury Tufted Wool Area Rug was a great find. It is very thick and comfortable under foot. The gray color is neutral enough to look very nice with our brown sofa. It is holding up very well with pets.
