This rug is in my entry, it’s the first place you strep into after removing your boots. It’s soft under bare feet and plush under slippered feet. The minimalist design allows other furniture and art to remain focal points, but it provides warmth with texture and wonderful color. I like that it echoes my soft corduroy couch fabric, it’s a seamless flow from entry space to living room.You can vacuum this rug and make it look perfect and untouched like the stock photos, but it looks nice with the lived in texture as well (see in my photos).This one is a bit thinner (machine washable) so I used double sided masking tape (looped) to train the corners to lay flat after shipping.The quality is pretty good! It’s not like the thick wool rugs that I got from rugs usa, but this is a different material and machine washable, so great for high traffic areas like my entry way. I knocked a star just because the weaving on one of the corners is a bit damaged but it doesn’t seem to be unraveling so I’m happy.
