Extremely Disappointed. The rug is not the best quality. After only a few weeks the rug threads are fringing and pulling. Also no matter how many heavy books placed on the edges it will not stay flat. A previous review was critical of the color but for me that’s the only thing nice about the rug. Now I’m stuck with a lemon of a rug. Ugh.

Beautiful soft thick carpet. The problem is the color, it's a very blue gray not charcoal as described. Would return, but I have removed it from packaging and I don't want to pay for return shipping, as well as oversize and over $1000 fees.I will find a different room to use it in.
