• Shedding of loose fibres is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months.

• Handmade rugs have consistency and shine, which may affect the rug’s colour. The colours of a rug will appear either several shades lighter or darker depending on where the light is hitting the rug.

• Due to the difference in monitor colours, some rug colours may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colours as accurately as possible.
• Setting up your Rug: Remove from packaging and roll out rug on the ground - we recommend pairing with a rug pad to keep the item in place. Flatten out your rug by placing heavy objects on the edges. The rug should flatten out within a few days.
