Terrible rug. Our child spilled on it. We cleaned it off and not only did the black color fade it was immediately not soft anymore. After one cleaning. So now we have a 581.73 rug with a huge faded spot. Also, because it happened after the 30 day return policy there is nothing wayfair can do. I asked for a refund or store credit and they said no.
