This rug is nothing like the picture and can’t be used where we wanted. Was expecting a solid color (as described) and it’s more like a cream with brown speckles- nothing like what is displayed in the photo. In addition, I was told shipping would be about 5 days, and while I understand estimated delivery dates are obviously not exact, it took 11 days, and me reaching out to customer service three different times before my item was even shipped! So the time frame was completely off, as is the actual rug. A disappointing experience all around.

Arrived covered in what appeared to be sawdust inside the package. Back of rug does not have any grip to it, slides when you step on it. Color and texture are also nothing like pictures. Much poorer quality.

Perfect! Good quality, color and goes perfect in my living room. Still looks like new after 5 months of heavy use. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase another one.

Color was way off. Ordered a beige and was given a brown and told it was the right color.

The rugs themselves are great. But I ordered 2 rugs thinking I’d get 2 of the same. I received 2 different rugs. One looks identical to what is pictured and the other is more of a whitecream colored rug.
