I ordered the runner and it was pretty much as advertised. It isn’t a pure white but it was certainly close enough and it blends well with my decor. The product was packaged well including fabric caps on the ends to protect them. The reason why my rating is lower than 5 was because the rug is very lightweight and the backing very stiff so it was difficult to get it to lay flat. I tried weighing it down and using carpet tape to no avail. I ended up having to steam the backing and I finally got them to lay flat. I would strongly recommend using carpet tape to secure the runner to avoid trip hazards. Other than this issue the runners were well worth it for the price!

I am very disappointed with the product and this is not the first time that this has happened why do you allow your venders to advertise that a product is white I. The description and then it turns out that it’s not whit but cream this should not be allowed and I’m tired of trying to send it back. And I don’t know if you noticed or not but I have slowed down purchasing on Wayfair for just that reason .
