I love the texture however the rug didn’t last long as I hoped. There was a stain on the rug and I tried to wash, scrub, spray... it only made it worse. I emailed them and they told me how to wash them and I did everything they told me. I may have done something wrong. Love the texture.

Rug is exactly as described. Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I was overwhelmed by a strong mold smell. Not sure if it was the bag for the rug, however, the smell permeated through the rug. I have to return. Wayfair customer service has been quick to reply back to me regarding the problem.
