• Shedding of loose fibres is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within 3 to 6 months
• Due to the detailed construction of our rugs, both handmade and machine-made, sizes may vary by up to three inches in width or length
• We recommend the use of a non-skid pad to keep the rug in place on smooth surfaces
• Due to the difference in monitor colours, some rug colours may vary slightly. We try to represent all rug colours as accurately as possible.
