Good quality but shed a lot at first

Very disappointed. This does not look or smell like a new rug. The first vacuuming filled the canister and is still doing so many times after. Regarding the smell, it reminds me of when I have driven past an oil refinery. Not pleasant. The navy is not solid or saturated, almost looks stonewashed with bits of lighter blue speckled about. I expected better quality from this lower priced RL line. I do not recommend this rug.

Just like described. It does have a bend in the middle of the carpet, but I’m hoping it will eventually lie done flat. The color is deep navy with bright white stripes. It looks good in my mud room and it’s very nautical.
