Extremely disappointed with both this Ralph Lauren rug and Wayfair’s customer service. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing this rug. I had it installed in my son’s bedroom, and the shedding has been absolutely excessive. I have vacuumed it EVERY SINGLE DAY for weeks, and it still sheds everywhere. The fibers get all over our clothes, my son’s bedding, and even float around the room. My son has also been experiencing allergy symptoms, so at this point the rug is completely unusable for us. What makes the situation even worse is that I contacted Wayfair, explained the excessive shedding and the fact that we cannot safely use the rug in my son’s room, and they REFUSED to accept the return or issue a refund. I understand that some shedding can be expected with a new rug, but this is on another level. A rug should not require daily vacuuming just to have fibers continue to cover your clothes and bedding. For the price and the Ralph Lauren name, I expected significantly better quality, and I definitely expected better customer service from Wayfair. Now I’m stuck with an expensive rug that I cannot use. Very disappointing experience. I would think twice before purchasing a rug from Wayfair, especially when their return policy may leave you stuck with a defective or unusable product.

Love this Ralph Lauren rug. Bought it in 2 sizes for different rooms. High quality, nice warm white color- but not too creamy. Highly recommend, esp since most of what’s online in this price range is NOT wool.

It looks good and but sheds terribly. I don't think I would buy this one again. To much work .
