Beautiful rug. It came with a large puller in it but Wayfair was quick to remedy the situation. Their customer service is what keeps me coming back.

Terrible quality! Don't bother buying this. Arrived with the packaging ripped and very dirty. Has careless finishes that make it look super cheap. Not worth it.

It's a nice rug. But the packaging is terrible. The rug was folded three times lengthwise and rolled it into a 3 foot package. No idea how long it will take for all the creases to flatten. I purchased the smaller rugs too and they arrived rolled widthwise with no creases.

Very pleased with this runner. In fact, we liked it so much, we ordered a 2nd one the same night the first was delivered.

2 stars for the look. Unfortunately this rug cannot stand up to any bit of traffic. It picks easily leaving frays all over. It’s very soft, but with that comes the fact that it isn’t sturdy. It’s basically looks fuzzy where there has been high traffic. This picture is taken 4 months of wear.
