It's a little thin but it was an 8x10 under 200 so I can't complain. And being 10 makes it easier to keep clean. Plush pile is harder to get at the dirt below. I would say the picture on Wayfair represents the product.

This is a beautiful rug, on the thinner side but perfect for what we need it for.

Very hard, its already unraveling as well. I purchased five of these rugs total and they are all way too hard, no movement whatsoever, they slide around a lot because of this.

This rug was beautiful and very soft. But the color was much lighter than we were hoping for. We are thrilled that we were able to order this sample before committing to the 9x12 rug.
