Tapis beige / brun en laine touffeté à la main Boghos

This rug is stunning in person and way thicker than I had anticipated. The weave is tight and seems like it will hold up well for a long time. The only reason it lost a star is the shedding. I know that wool rugs are expected to shed but this is a bit excessive. I’ve vacuumed at least six times and it still gets stiff hairs on everything and they are hard to get off. If you don’t own a lot of black clothes you’ll be fine!!

I have ordered a couple rugs from wayfair and this seems to be better quality than most of the others. It’s very thick seems nicely padded. It has a bit of a smell right out of the package but I’m hoping that goes away in a few days

Similar rugs from popular retailers cost far more and there is virtually no difference in the quality or construction of the product! The rug is heavy and thick with a luxurious, dense pile and a cloth backing. It flattened out immediately after unfurling. This wool rug is made to last!
