Love the colors. This is not soft wool, more like sisal on bare feet. Shipping was fast and great protection from moisture.

Thought about shipping it back because colors didn't seem to match photos. Rug is the right size though, and while colors weren't what I expected, it was just easier for me to keep the rug than send it back.

While we are pleased with the rug so far based on unwrapping and first impressions, we have not actually installed it because we wanted to post this within the brief Wayfair comment window. Two aspects of the rug varied slightly from what we expected. The image is generally accurate but the colors are more subdued and the "green" is basically indigo (actually a positive for us). Also, the texture of the wool itself is not particular soft, although suitable even for barefoot bedroom use. UPDATE: Upgrading from 4 to 5 stars. We have installed the rug and and are greatly enjoying it. We noticed the inventory tag says it's "Red/Navy" and 9'9" x 9'9", both more accurate descriptions than what we saw on the Wayfair site (Kelly Green and 10' x 10').

Beautiful! It is good quality. It isn’t the color I ordered, but kept it anyway because I am too old to wrestle it back into the plastic to ship back.
