Beautiful rug and the colors would work great in my sunroom home office/ library. Unfortunately, I’ve had the 8’10”x12” rug for a month and am still unable to get it to lay flat. The rug came rolled with deep, tight creases (not the normal folds that you might expect to deal with from a shipped rug). I’ve been able to work out two of these to the point of lumpy, softer waves. There are still two very harsh creases running across the width of the rug. I don’t know what else to try. Unless you have a trick, I recommend you NOT waste your time or money ($499.16 when I purchased) on this rug.

Pattern and colour are gorgeous. Manufacturers need to work on their packaging because the way it is was rolled for shipping has left DEEP wrinkle grooves that are not improving much over an entire week

Not what I expected. The rug was shiney, iridescent colors and came creased. I used it for staging and after time consuming steaming was able to use it. It is growing on me.
