My entire experience with Wayfair has been miserable. My 9x12 rug pad arrived late, it arrived with blood stains on it and trying to get it returned and picked up has been impossible. The rug pad is still at my home and I am still trying to arrange the pickup with Fed Ex. They have been here 2 times and have ot picked up the rug pad. I was unable to roll it up and I wrapped it best I could. It is scheduled for pickup tomorrow (02/12 ) and my hope is they will actually pick it up. I was told the replacement rug pad would arrive on Sunday,2/8 between 9 and 11 am . I adjusted my day around this time line and it never showed up. As of now (Wed. 2/11) I am still waiting for the replacement rug pad and the blood stained replacement is still on my porch. The entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

It is beautiful and exactly what I needed in my bedroom.
