I think I was sent a used rug. I did NOT order an open box item, I ordered a brand new rug. There was a chunk of hair, a dust bunny, and a bunch of other debris on the rug. I am grossed out.

This is really pretty but slightly more peach undertone than I expected.

This rug is everything! So beautiful. It’s not super fluffy and soft, but it is gorgeous.

This is a beautifully made rug, but it is not pink. It’s beige with VERY FAINT pink “highlights.” I’ve reached out to return it and have not received any help. It’s odd because I’ve furnished many houses with Wayfair products and have never had a problem in the past. Very disappointed.
