The initials were not included on the mat.

This is a nice quality mat, but the embossed lettering is barely best because it’s the exact same color as the rug

I had a water hog door mat for over 10 years and it still looked great! Replaced because we moved and it did not match. This appears to be the same high quality and is exactly as pictured.

I ordered the bordeaux because in the example photos it looked red. When I received my Mat, it was more of a brown purple, not very pretty. And you couldn't even see the name. Even though I give the product 1 star because it was not what was pictured and it was supposed to be a gift, the customer service resolved my problem and I am satisfied with customer service.

I didn’t have to wait long to receive my order.
