I received the rug yesterday, and it looks to be great quality; nice bright color, but when we unrolled it, there was a very strong musty, basement odor to the rug. We let it sit for a few hours, but the odor never went away. So we're trying to let it air out for a few days outside in hopes that the smell goes away. Very disappointed because a brand new rug should not smell like a damp basement.

Overall I am really happy with this rug! It is the perfect size and color for our mid century modern decor. It was delivered fast and unrolled nicely. The only problem we had was that there are a few stains sprinkled throughout the rug. I uploaded pictures so you can see. Edit I’ve changed the star rating on this rug because it is a flat weave and therefore is very uncomfortable on the feet. We had it only for about 4 months before getting rid of it.

Hello fresh rug!!! That’s what’s this rug reminds me of, fresh and vibrant! The color stands out and really makes this room pop! I turned our office into my workout roomoffice and what inspired me to do so was this fun area rug!!! It lays flat, is thin and could also serve well as an outdoor rug. I highly recommend stepping out of your comfort zone and throwing in a fun color like this.

The rug’s color is just as depicted in the online photo. I was pleased that it wasn’t too different as it matches my chairs perfectly. I got the largest size available as our family room is pretty big. I would actually give this rug 3.5 stars. It’s more of a burlap type of material with very little piling and it feels a little flat. It’s also got a certain smell - not synthetic but like, farm-y. The rug also had two damage points - looks like something sharp was pressed against it, maybe in storage You’ll note that from one angle the rug already looks flat, but from another it will take some time before it lays down completely after coming rolled up. Given the material that it is, I’ll update this post with an estimated amount of time it took to be completely flat.

Really pleased with the Holsworthy Cotton Lime/Ivory Rug! Was a little concerned that it would be a bright lime, but it's a pretty light green in person, that compliments and brightens the bedroom. The texture of the rug also helps the rug look more sophisticated - smooth rather than plush.
