Brittain Diamond Trellis Modern Shag Area Rug

This was a lovely rug that looked awesome in my family room until a couple months of wear. It showed so much dirt though and the shag got matted. I cleaned it with dry carpet shampoo and steam cleaned it but it just looked so dingy all the time. Two years later and tired of being embarrassed, I got rid of it and bought a new rug.

I love everything about this rug. It looks great and is super soft. Totally pleased with the quality. The only issue is cleaning up anything mushy as it gets caught in the long threads. That said, it doesn’t change my opinion about how much I love this rug.

Great rug ! Super soft && rolled out completely flat directly after taking out from packaging. Not as white as it appears in the description photos, if that is an important factor for you.

This is so perfect for our guest bedroom, it’s a great piece to design around (which I plan on doing). It’s so plush and comfortable, that my kids can’t stop walking on it ) I appreciate that there were little silicon freshness packets every 12” of the carpet (you remove them as you unroll the rug). The packing indents went away as soon as I vacuumed. The only slight issue I’ve noticed weeks later, is that my Dyson sucks out some of the carpet threads. I’ll have to vacuum on the lowest level instead of the ‘regular’ setting. Otherwise, it’s still wonderful, warm and chic!

So soft and luxurious! This ties my room together perfectly and is so comfy. The only downside is that since it's a high carpet, my dog thought this was grass and has had a few accidents on it!

This is a Beautiful rug! Much heavier and thicker than I expected! I would definitely recommend it!

Wayfair customer service to the rescue! Quick shipping, but upon opening noticed moisture inside the plastic wrapping and the rug was bentfloppy. Needless to say it was wet, stunk and was stained. BUT the replacement sent is beautiful. It’s a very thick and high pile. The bottom isn’t the typical plastic, rather fabric so lays nicely on hard floor and doesn’t have the slip like usual rugs. My only complaint is my robot vacuum gets stuck immediately when in contact with this rug, and being able to run that daily is important to us. Otherwise 4 stars for a truly beautiful rug!

This rug is gorgeous!!! It’s so fluffy and soft! I’m currently redecorating my daughters room and she picked it, we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this rug! Five stars all the way!! Now I need a matching runner!
