Manufacturer rolled the mat so tightly that foam was broken approximately six inches from beginning edge. The crease is very visible.

This was such a great mat that even my cat loved it…a little too much in fact. She used this to claw at and after just a few punctures this mat became trash. Had it known been for my kitty, I’m sure we would still have it.

At first I noticed that my delivery was two items, but when I contacted you and let you know that I only got one of the items, you promptly sent me the second one! Fantastic customer service. No questions asked. Thank you so much for looking into it and resolving it promptly! I cannot find these anywhere, I've shopped around in local stores and you are the only place where I can find these beautiful, wonderful cushy mats with lovely designs on top that match my floor and my house.

This mat is great for the kitchen. Does what is intended and is beautiful as well.
