Rug arrived on time it was packaged well. The rug wouldn’t lay flat the folds were like none other in a rug I have purchased.Softness none.Colors alright it had no chemical smell. I only can guess how much padding would cost to make it tolerable to walk on? I decided it best to return it.When I did a return I was refunded given the choice to keep it $6.35 credit said it would save me because rug has no return policy for free. I should have checked. I think I should have read return policy better.

This rug is great! It has held up well and hasn't even faded in the areas where the sun hits. Its cushy but not too much. The color was as expected. It has survived cats and a dog.

This rug is extremely thin, and feels like you are walking on a plastic mat. I would say it is made more like an outdoor rug. It was very disappointing especially that the pattern was so nice. I have ordered mistana rugs in the past and was quite pleased with the quality. This time I had to return the rug.

The rug I ordered looked darker than the one I received. I was told the rug I got was the one I ordered. (even though it was Labeled as a Navy and cream Madison and I ordered a Navy/Gray Christa Southwestern).
